I sent 99 credits to Pierpoint. They put a ton of what I thought would fulfill GE requirements into electives. I've highlighted those that I am not sure about. Can you make a case with the registrar?

You applied for the wrong degree (the AA); you need to apply for the BOG AAS, which has different requirements, different residency requirements, and accepts ACE.

Thank you! Even when I do the "What If" its showing I need 15 residency credits for the BOG AAS

It's wrong-but you just really have to have them fix this before you can see what you need to.

I just finished the BOG AAS. I had the same issue, the Degree Planner does not seem to work for the BOG degree. You have to reach out to the advisor, Ms. Parks, and they will confirm the requirements.

The "degree planner" is only really useful for determining whether they've obtained & evaluated all of your credits or not. Some transcripts can take a while to appear. Nancy Parks always has to do the "real" degree audit and confirm that you've met all requirements.
