You can actually see and visualize which one would be better for you, even if you don't know if the credits will transfer or not, it'll be like a pre-evaluation and preparing for that institution of choice. That's what the spreadsheet is, to compare what you have on the table and what is remaining at multiple institutions, also used for reference/tracking progress...

Lastly, you can 'confirm' enrollment with UMPI to get your evaluation if you're 90% sure it's the degree choice, if that 10% happens to change a week before class starts, you can always ask to defer, most people would already know if the degree/school is the choice they want to go to beforehand.
