I'd probably take the CIS degree if you are within two classes.
If you were further out, I'm a fan of the BA CS and then the MBA if you want both a business degree and a tech degree. The MSCS at GA Tech is a ton more work than the WGU MBA and the TESU BA CS. I suspect the eventual MSCS at WGU may be the same as well. For me, there is no chance I will finish a MSCS given current work and family responsibilities.
It might help for us to understand why you think the BA CS is better than the BSBA CIS degree.
