I have submitted my draft on September second, and I am yet to hear back from Professor Chuck Ainsworth. I emailed Jessica this morning, and she forwarded my request to Cody, who asked me to email the Professor and CC him. I feel uncomfortable playing this game, and indeed, I do not want to upset the Professor. Is anybody else having a problem with this class?

Hi Federico. Chuck Ainsworth is one of those old school dudes. He'd print your essays out and give you handwritten feedback when he uploads. He bites off more than he can chew. My tips are:
1) Email Cody. Always keep Cody in the loop.
2) Ask Jessica for another class. Your email here should basically be: Hey, I am on the final for Leadership. Can I have another class added?
Don't rush with Professor Ainsworth. He's a very fair grader and his feedback is by far worth the wait. You are guaranteed to learn from him.

Thank you for letting me know. I thought I was the only one with the problem. I will give him some time and continue with other classes as you suggest.

Sometimes the professors don't receive the email from the learning platform that they have a submission to review. If after 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), you need to send an email to the professor letting them know that you have made a submission. If you don't hear back within a day or 2, then you email Cody. Cody will get in touch with the professor. It's not a big deal. You won't upset anyone.

Once again, you were right, my man. I received my draft back this morning with handwritten notes. He took the time to explain everything that was not quite perfect. I corrected everything that he suggested me fix, and I just submitted it as a final.

I would love him to grade more of my papers.

Finally received a feedback from him! I messed up formatting a bit, but I spend like 2 minutes fixing it. He also put some personal notes - it was very nice of him.
One more class down, super excited!

Professor Ainsworth is really cool. His turn around times are slow, but I really like his feedback. It feels so personalized too. I wouldn't mind having him in more classes. He's definately a class you want to have at a beginning of a term, not one at late term.
