And as for why go to an unaccredited school -- because it's the only one I know of that offers a holistic nutrition degree, online, from the fundamental nutrition philosophy I believe in. Since I'm more interested in the education than the degree, per se, I'd rather love the school and go without accreditation than have accreditation and hate the classes.
