Natural Science Requirement at Excelsior

I need to fulfill my natural science requirement for Excelsior.

Does anyone know if the Drug and Aclohol DSST will meet this requirement?

I understand that it is also upper division credit. Is this also correct?

The DSST Drug and Alcohol exam IS an upper level exam, but unfortunately it falls under the "Applied Professional" category and NOT Natural Sciences.

The ONLY upper level exam that meets the Natural Sciences requirement is the ECE Pathophysiology exam. The following are all of the exams that DO meet the Natural Sciences requirement:

CLEP (all lower level):

Biology (6 credits)
Calculus (3 credits)
Chemistry (6 credits)
College Algebra (3 credits)
College Mathematics (6 credits)
Natural Sciences (6 credits)
Precalculus (3 credits)

DSST (all lower level and all 3 credits each):

Astronomy
Environment & Humanity
Fundamentals of College Algebra
Physical Geology
Principles of Physical Science
Principles of Statistics

ECE:

Anatomy & Physiology (6 credits)
Microbiology (3 credits)
Pathophysiology (3 credits) - Upper level**
Statistics (3 credits)
