Just out of curiosity. Does this mean that for the TESC BS in Human Services specializing in Emergency Disaster Services
Thomas Edison State College - Prospective Students - Undergraduate Programs - Degree Programs - Bachelor of Science in Human Services
you could test out of the FEMA courses to cover the 33 credit specialization, then test out of a handful of the core subjects which seem to be covered with DANTES, ECE, and TESC exams, enroll in TESC and get that degree.
It seems like a very doable 2nd Bachelors if all of that applies.
