Thanks for the clarification on U of H's less than tier 1 status. Billboards around Houston proclaim tier 1 status and U of H officials have been making the same exaggerated claim at every opportunity.

It is a minor annoyance of mine which was the reason I brought it up.

I don't know why but it gets on my nerves that they claim the status when it's less than true.
