English Lit Clep HELP |

Hello all, I am new to the specific exam feedback membership section of this site! I registered for it specifically because I am studying right now for the English literature CLEP exam that I am scheduled to take Monday morning at 9am. I am considering rescheduling because I am completely overwhelmed with all of the information there is to cover. I worked a lot today on literary devices such as alliteration, personification, etc. but am scared to death about trying to memorize all of the authors, there major works and lines from there works. With so much literature, how are you supposed to be prepared to read 4 lines of a poem or story and know who wrote it???
I see a lot of people recommending the the Barrons EZ 101 book, which I have right here in front of me. And i also see a lot of people saying to rely on all of the feedback posted here...but my question is - what are the best ways to actually memorize/retain this information? Should I just attempt to read the Barrons book as many times as possible between now and Monday morning? Is there a posting on here that groups a lot of the feedback all together into a condensed list that I can just start studying from top to bottom? I feel like I am just all over the place with so much info!
PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much to anyone who can provide advice to a very stressed out student.
MOVED FROM SPECIFIC FEEDBACK SECTION RATHER THAN BE DELETED.

I was considering transferring to wgu to complete my degree in BSIT. Im currently enrolled in tesc and took plenty of classes at straighterline and cleps that transferred in. I was wondering when I transfer to another school be it wgu or anywhere else do they evaluate the credits from the source (sl, clep, dsst) or if tesc already approved it they accept it as that class no questions asked even though its shown as CR in the transcript.

Eastern Kentucky University tells us, and I believe, that they're home to "one of the few programs in the nation devoted to adult corrections and juvenile justice." They offer these programs in these fields online:
Undergraduate
B.S. in Corrections and Juvenile Justice Studies
Undergraduate Professional Certificate in Correctional Intervention Strategies (24 sh)
Undergraduate Professional Certificate in Youth Services [i.e., in juvenile justice] (24 sh)
Graduate
M.S. in Adult, Juvenile and Community Corrections Leadership
Graduate Certificate in Corrections Leadership or Juvenile Justice Leadership (12 sh)

Hi There!
I am wondering if anyone knows about how to get an age exception from TESC. I am currently 19 and am going to apply to TESC within the next few months if I can figure this out. I know people have done it before without a third-party such as CollegePlus, but I'm not sure how to do it. I plan to have around 80+ credits before I apply. Can anyone give me some first steps or suggestions for how to go about this?
Thank you for any help you can offer!

Read more: Excelsior College Student with Advanced ALS Presented with Special Graduation Ceremony (Alicia Jacobs, Excelsior Life, January 3, 2013)
Alicia Jacobs, for Excelsior Life Wrote:[Ron] Miller, a 46-year-old ventilator-assisted resident of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital, is completely paralyzed from the nose down and has been living with ALS (Lou Gehrigâs disease) for the last 14 years. Miller could not travel to [his college] graduation, so the graduation, with full pomp and circumstance, came to him.
Miller first learned of Excelsior [College] through one of his Registered Nurses (RNs), Maria Burkemper, a graduate of the College. He used eye-gaze computer technology to take classes and complete his degree. A positive role model for many, he doesnât let life circumstances get in his way. He makes the best of the cards he is dealt. His motto is âI may have ALS, but it does not have me.â
Miller shared via his computer, âWhen I started using an eye gaze computer I found that it reopened doors that had been long closed by ALS. Going back to school for me was driven by several things. First, it was unfinished business. I had started college over twenty years ago but let life get in the way. Second, I decided many years ago that ALS would be just part of my life and not my whole life. I found that I could still make a difference by raising awareness and sharing my experiences with others dealing with the disease. I have always been an advocate for living with ALS instead of dying from it. My success in school helps me show others that itâs possible despite the challenges of ALS.â
Today, Congressman Scott Rigell, (R ) VA-02, provided a âcommencement addressâ and was joined by President John Ebersole of Excelsior College, members of the collegeâs board of trustees, and Thomas J. Orsini, President/CEO of Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital.
