"Here's to your health" might be a good fit for a fast pass with a minimum of study.

Health is a good suggestion. If you decide to take it, also plan Substance Abuse within close proximity.
I am going to try Personal Finance within the week, using this list:
IC flashcards
2 textbook sites for chapter summaries, flashcards, glossary, practice tests

Personal Finance
Personal Finance DSST Study Guide - Free-Clep-Prep.com
$5 official practice test
Best wishes on your exam and let us know what you decide!

I'm not sure what part of your degree plan you need the test for, but I've heard lots of people say that Environment and Humanity DSST is a pretty easy one with a little amount of study. I haven't personally taken this one, but it's just a suggestion!

Management isn't tough and Marketing is even easier (IMO). I spent less then 3 days on each and since you have already taken Intro to Biz, and Supervision, you already have a decent background to build on.

Intros to management and marketing also get a vote from me. You might want to try information systems and computer applications, too. Make a day of it

I'm glad you found a good fit.
Be careful with the computing exams; you will need to check with your school about duplication. TESC considers these duplicate - Intro to Computing DSST and Information Systems & Computer Applications CLEP. Excelsior just changed their policy and says they duplicate if the CLEP was taken recently because the exam was updated. I think COSC also says they duplicate each other, but double-check if you need to know.
One of them, plus DSST MIS is still a good option (if you have more time to study).
