Hey all, so I need one more CLEP under my belt, preferably a 3 credit one, to be on track to transfer after this year to a 4 year. I have already completed Intro to Sociology, Intro to Psych, Analyzing/Interpreting Lit., and US History 1. I can't take US History 2 since I've taken it in college already and was thinking of either taking Western Civ I or Principle of Macroeconomics. I've never been THAT great with math but is Macroeconomics a lot of algebraic work or is it mainly graphs/data? And is Western Civ I somewhat comparable to US History I?
Which CLEP would you guys recommend out of those 2 that I could study for in a little under a month's time?
Thanks in advance!!

It depends where your strengths are. If you enjoy or are better history then you are at economics then go with Western Civ... You may want to consider taking a PT for both and seeing how you do.
I'm studying for Macro now, and have already taken both U.S. Histories and both W Civs. The study process I spent for each was very similar and only spent 2 weeks on all of those.
You are correct that Macroeconomics is more graphs/data then algebra.

Are you pretty confident with History? From your previous CLEPs it looks like you're leaning more toward the Humanities. So, I would suggest Western Civ. I.
And by comparable, what do you mean exactly? West. Civ. I will be more pre-history to 1400s oriented, and deal more with Europe than America. I took both of them in college and they were really easy As. I don't imagine the test will be that much harder. Find you a few History websites and brush up. It shouldn't take you longer to study for than US History I.
Then again I always had an easier time in the Humanities. YMMV.

Try Educational Psych or Human Growth & Development.

School I'd like to transfer to doesn't accept those CLEPs unfortunately.. figured the 2 I listed were the easiest options they accepted.
