Here you go, I would follow these instructions: Official Transfer Course Equivalencies (degreeforum.net)

Workplace Communication is a new course. It looks to be the old Communication at Work course which UMPI did accept as BUS210 Organization Communication. Workplace Communication is not yet in the transfer database so we don't know if anything has changed with it.
Workplace Communication is just a rename for Communication at Work. The course number, ACE recommendation, and course content remains exactly the same. No reason for UMPI to not continue to accept it as BUS 210.

With the name change, they may need to reevaluate it. I didn't say that they wouldn't accept it just that it's not in the transfer database yet. UMPI has changed acceptance on other courses that Sophia has changed so it is possible.

This is very interesting, does the 2nd minor work for BABA's also or just BLS? I am finishing a BABA Management & Leadership and it would be kewl to have a Management Information Systems Minor as I have been in the IT field (Director of IT currently) for 25+ years.

The BABA doesn't have a minor. It has a concentration. You can ask Jesica to add a minor. It has to have enough different credits to be added. I believe there needs to be a difference of 9 credits so the BABA with Management and Leadership concentration and the MIS minor should work. Jessica is the one who would need to add the minor for you.

@uncoolbilly, you most likely will have the 10 UMPI course residency requirements completed with the BABA M&L concentration, so for the MIS minor, you can try transferring in the max you can from known sources of credit such as Saylor, Sophia, Study.com or whatever. You don't need to do all of them, just ones that don't have course transfers...

My issue is I over did it on credits coming in to the program, I didn't think my RA credits would cover PCJ 215 at umpi, so I planned to take it but do not need it any longer. Leaving me with only 9 courses to complete for the degree so with the need to take an additional course for the BABA M&L I figured I would consider a minor to work towards. With the 90 transfer limit I have to drop something out of the program - I figured it would be my 300 level elective and I can fil it with any 300+ BUS course.
The next question becomes, do credits that are over disappear or can they be swapped in when calculations for the minor happen?

None of your credits will disappear. Every credit will show on your transcript. Only 90 of them will apply to your degree. You can go over 120 credits. Frequently with an additional minor or multiple minors, you will go over 120 credits. Going over 120 credits does not change the 90 credit transfer limit.

The credits that "disappear" actually go into the "other courses" under the degree requirements. It'll just show up on the transcript of your completed courses. There's nothing to worry about, make sure to hit all the requirements, especially the upper-level residency requirements, I would shoot for at least 24 UL outside the major/minor completed at UMPI.
