There was a member who was able to get the International Studies minor added to their BLS as a third minor!
And so, that got me thinking... UMPI requires the bulk of the AOS and 30 credits from them for residency.
As long as you're using up those courses offered by YourPace into the minors to successfully complete them, it should work.
If you have multiple minors using YourPace, you can technically transfer in the remaining requirements for the subsequent minor!
This should work for any minor that has courses for the YourPace program, such as CJ, English, History, and more.
Please Note: I would not purposely ask for a minor not offered by YourPace, unless you are just 1 or 2 courses away from completion and those courses are offered by the YourPace platform. These minors are again for the regular on campus programs. Always ask for permission to add a subsequent minor before treading this path. Will it work? Your advisor will inform you if those final courses are offered on YourPace or not.
Snippet of post 16: "I enrolled and noted that I needed 1 more class for the Business Administration minor and 2 more for the International Studies.
All the classes I needed were available to YourPace students"

Writing Minor Thank you for the post! It made me aware of the BAS option with UMPI. I am set up and have communicated with Jessica to start on 8/29 for BLS minor Management. I would however, much rather obtain a BAS for the industry that I am in. I have an AS degree so that wont qualify me for the UMPI BAS program. I have 61 RA credits and 18 Sophia credits so far and I have all of the necessary classes for the 6 areas required for a BOG AAS at Pierpoint. Since I have the Summer to obtain the Pierpoint AAS, is this a good option?

You wouldn't be allowed to have those 2 minors. The minors must have at least 9 credits that are different. They are strict on this policy.

Technically, you can't get the AAS as you already have a first associates degree. Having said that, I've seen people "get" the AAS even after they have conferred a Bachelors and/or a Masters. If you really want to give it a go, try and see what happens, there are no costs involved except for the cost of transcripts...

Cool. My comment was based on the posted needing 1 or 2 courses. I thought they were saying there's only a difference of 1 or 2 courses. There has to be at least 9 credits that are different to complete multiple minors.

Workplace Communication is a new course. It looks to be the old Communication at Work course which UMPI did accept as BUS210 Organization Communication. Workplace Communication is not yet in the transfer database so we don't know if anything has changed with it.

Is there a link to the transfer database for UMPI, so I can keep track of what courses they accept from Sophia/Study and what they come in as?
