I believe the issue for Online Degree is that they used videos from Great Courses (http://www.thegreatcourses.com), without getting permission. Thus, they had to redo all the courses that used those videos.

...Yikes, if that's the case. No wonder it's taking so long, then. With so many places shut down, filming/editing videos is going to take longer than it would under normal circumstances.
