This may be a scam. It has been "opening in under a month for the past 90 days.

I don't think it's a scam, since they've spent the money to get these courses NCCRS-approved. I just don't think they have everything in place to get the courses out to the public yet, and it's taking longer than they think. Maybe they're negotiating proctoring, maybe they have to finish some sort of back-end process.
EDIT: changed to NCCRS from ACE

I agree with dfrecore that it’s likely not a scam but just disorganization. NCCRS (not ACE in this case, fyi) is an expensive process (tens of thousands), and it just wouldn’t make sense for them to get courses approved by NCCRS already prior to launching a scam.

Probably not a scam. I was in contact with them a few months ago asking a lot of questions before they updated their site. I think there's still a lot of things they're setting up behind the scenes to make a streamlined process, like negotiating proctoring and direct transfer agreements. They did indeed confirm to me that they're planning to have online proctoring (this is mentioned on the site now). I first discovered them browsing the NCCRS site, so we know for a fact that they are evaluated and approved independently from them.

Hmm this looks good, the "introduction to robotics" course seems like an option not available anywhere, to bad they don't accept international students.
