Aleks- How to Sign Up

When I sign up for Aleks do I use the student or master account? I want to make sure I have the correct access.

You need both accounts. The master tells the student what to do. So you log into the student account to do the actual math. You use the master to manage the student account, like if you want to force an assessment, or change to a new course.

I recently registered as a new student.  Within a few minutes of payment being processed, Aleks sent one email with login info for both the student and the master accounts.
