Basically, those waiting for conferral, did you do the following items...
Prepare a spreadsheet to verify you've got all the required classes completed?
You want to make sure you have more than the 60+ credits required, 1 has to be RA.
1) Apply for graduation before the Oct 4 deadline
2) Sent all transcripts for evaluation before first week of Dec
3) Pay for the $350 fee

For me, it feels like every couple of months is Groundhog Day of repeats. See attached photo. Pierpont's lack of communication kept me from graduating in the summer. I was then shuffled over to David, back to Nancy in November, and then back to David in December. Attached is my process with time stamps.
My friend just got their confirmation in ROAR, with an AOE of business as requested.

In addition, I think a reasonable check measure (without being definitive) is that you got the email Mid Dec in the Pierpont email inbox from the Registrar with the subject "Fall 2024 End of Term/Degree Conferral Process"
Look forward to hearing everyone getting their formal docs in the coming weeks! I live in the middle of nowhere in Australia so I dare say I'll be close to the last to get it
My daughter checked ROAR at 17:30 this afternoon and it still shows Pending.
In response to BJ's concern:
She submitted her admission application and her application to graduate, prior to the deadlines, submitted all transcripts before December, paid her fees in full and also received the email saying conferral of degrees would continue in January.
In Pierpont's defense:
They probably had a huge number of applicants for the BOG program for Fall 2024. Additionally, they have experienced much snow the last few weeks and that may be keeping them from going to the office. As well, my daughter was one of the last applicants, with her application being completed on the 3rd of October. She took more time than she should have to complete her one RA credit from at ASU. As a result, her transcripts wasn't available to send to Pierpont until the 18th of November.
She's more cool about waiting than I am. I don't think she realizes if she doesn't graduate, for what ever the reason may be, I don't know what she's going to do. She needs the Associate but isn't ready to move on the Bachelor, at this time.
I think I'm good. According to ROAR, my AAS degree has been awarded and the AOE is listed as Information Systems. I haven't heard from anyone at Pierpont since the Dec 12th email about the conferral process. I have not received any communications about my degree being conferred or denied. The lack of communication from Pierpont during this entire degree process has really bothered me. I assume that it's because the BOG degree peoples are not a priority because we aren't paying them thousands of $$. I would have probably said something to them except I'm afraid it would jeopardize my degree.
Great stuff, it's just that there are probably a few hundred to a thousand students all over the world who are trying to graduate from this program and there is a very limited staff number to complete these requests. It'll all be processed in due time, patience is really a virtue and it's all a waiting game, the wait is going to be much longer than when it was FREE* (cost of transcripts since we mentioned it in 2017-2018).
When they bumped their pricing to just $130 USD, I jumped onto it to support the program as I knew it was either going up in price or discontinuing it due to the sheer number of students getting this using alternative credit without any residency credits needed. Plus, I'd rather pay $350 and supporting the program, than see it getting out of reach for everyone (now they've changed the rules to match what was initially required).

Update... I saw a post and comments last night in a Facebook group. Multiple people had success by calling or emailing the registrar's office. I sent an email to the registrar's office this morning and within an hour, I had my degree conferred.
