I applied on June 8th and paid $350 on August 12th. On the social media groups I follow, quite a few people who applied in September and October have already had their degrees conferred. I figured I would have been ahead of the last-minute applicants in the queue.

I'm in a similar boat to you in that I only just missed the last round.
No saying how they are going through applications, I could imagine that they would do their on campus qualifications first, I could also imagine a list sorted by last name etc etc. I know they had a closure day, can imagine people couldn't work either side etc etc

I figure essentially speedrunning a 2yr program if it takes a extra few weeks I cant complain too much

You want to note that they were shut down half of last week due to the snow storms in WVa.

In addition to the snow storm around the 4th-6th of January, they experienced another snow storm, this past weekend, the 10th-12th of January.  They may not be able to to return to the office for a few days.

Mine was finalised today and reflects in ROAR etc. Shows as degree date of Dec 13th. Hopefully not too far away for anyone else waiting!

How are you guys seeing this. Does it show your AOE on the transcript? If you are ok with showing how it reflects on ROAR could you please share a redacted screenshot?

Is how it shows as awarded:

The final grades link also does something meaningful. 
The AOE shows under the institution credit banner as a Term Comment.
