While someone may think it will only take 10 minutes to get something on a website, that's not reality. Any website changes typically have to go through a process of approvals. They're actually a project and not something that can just be done. Someone needs to write the copy. Someone needs to edit and verify the copy. The website designer and developer needs to see what needs to be added and a decision needs to be made where to put said copy. It's a whole process and not a simple one unfortunately especially when dealing with a state college.

Spend 20 minutes, save many hours!! That's so true... But as mentioned earlier, stuff happen...
That reminds me so much about newbies posting on this board, they don't provide info, they ask questions, and don't answer to people who provide a short answer and ask them for more details. It's a reminder that people need help, but they don't provide enough info for others to help them... It's a 'back & forth' thing that they do, where as if they complete the addendum and template, the most important info to get the ball rolling is there... Oh well, that's what happens...

Has anyone here received their conferred email? The last email I received from the registrar's office was on Dec 12th. It stated they would email each workday until all degrees were conferred by Jan 10th at the latest. I have yet to receive an email. Is it possible to check in the portal/ROAR?

Their communication said that they hope to finish processing by the January 10th, so it was not a hard confirmation. You can check conferral status via ROAR. My friend's still said Pending AAS as of 2 days ago or so.

We checked my daughter's Unofficial Transcript in ROAR today (9th of January) however she has not received a conferral notification.
I re-read her email dated 12th of December from the Pierpont Registrar concerning conferral. They said at the end of each business day, candidates who have been conferred (or denied) will be notified by email of their status.
I don't expect her to receive notification until after, 10th January, as she was probably one of the last students to send her final transcripts from Credly & ASU.
I'd love to hear who has been conferred so far - to keep our spirits elevated.
The recent wintry weather earlier in the week and pending wintry weather (aka snow storms) in West Virginia may be slowing the conferral process.

Do you know which tab or category to check in ROAR? Nothing has stood out to me.
