Ive attached a plan of what I am thinking in terms of getting a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from UMPI with Management and Poli Sci minors. I know the Poli Sci is a little left field, but there are others that are getting that minor so hopefully they will let me
I suppose most importantly, does it look right, is there anything I am fundamentally missing?
I'm keen to get subjects done at UMPI down as much as I can to maximize the chance of knocking it off in one session. I feel there is some rearranging that can be done in terms of SDC (etc) and UMPI courses?
I probably wont be able to get Eng Comp I and II done at Sophia given how long they are taking to mark and I would like to, if I can, get in on the next session at UMPI. I nominally have at least 1 subject I can knock off at SDC given I only have Bio w/ Lab on the to do list but happy to do more.
The BLS has a 24 UL credit requirement in the general electives. The majority of those UL courses must be completed at UMPI. Your second minor will count towards those UL credits.
College Readiness isn't really going to fill 4A. All YourPace students are required to take a 0 credit orientation that fills 4A. The course is like an hour long - if that long. It shows you how the learning platform works.
I wouldn't waste my time on Sophia's Eng Com courses. They take forever to be graded. They posted a notice this week that it's taking longer to grade Touchstones. Both classes at UMPI are 1 paper so it's much shorter there as well.

Take the $140 SDC discount, then do Biology w/lab and do Communication 102: Interpersonal Communication, which according to UMPI's database, will fulfill 2D. Interpersonal Communication doesn't have assignments, so it should be quicker to do than SDC Critical Thinking & Analysis.
Sophia English Comp I you can do at a reasonable speed. They let you turn in multiple assignments at once, so you only have to wait two times for grades.
Spanish is tough to do fast if you are new to Spanish, and there are many assignments, though I think you can turn in multiple assignments at once.

I would take Sophia's Spanish course over UMPI's. The professor at UMPI can be challenging and not the easiest to work with. She has turned off many students based on my chats with students on various social media platforms. She's caused a few to rethink if college or UMPI was for them. The Sophia assignments aren't anymore work than you'd do at UMPI. It's not the fastest class at UMPI either because the Milestones have to be graded and she's not the easiest person to work with and she has trust issues with online students.

So, all of the UL courses that are listed as HTY/POS count towards the courses you’ll need for the Poli Sci minor! Example is HTY/POS 370 would count towards your UL and Poli Sci minor.
If you have time, you could take BUS 312 on Study that transfers for BUS 415.
We already talked about Sophia Spanish on Discord

The Sophia Spanish unfortunately is One Touchstone at a time : It took about 5 business days between TS, which are 5 in total. 2 orals and 3 written. The course will take a month because of the TS. Good course though. Not fast or super easy but a solid course.

"They were pretty quick with the grading assignments. It only took 3 days at most. I was able to submit 3 assignments (touchstone 1.1, 2.1, and 3.1) at the same time", said cryscryscryscrys.
Then submit Touchstones 1.2 and 3.2 after 1.1 & 3.1 are graded.
That's how you would finish fast.
Though I hear grading now is taking up to 10 days, so it will be slower than this person completed it.

I know, I remember seeing cryscrys post and actually taking advice from it, but that wasnt how it was when I went thru Sophia Spanish just a few weeks ago. I absolutely couldnt turn in another TS until the preceding one was graded. Maybe Sophia changed it from when they initially launched Spanish in mid May?

The Political Science capstone is only 1 credit. Your plan has it listed as 3.
