I was ask a similar question and decided to search and came across yours. I'm no pro at all of this but the 1 credit ASU course doesn't have a $400 course fee. This information is on the Cis 194 page. I'll post the link below for you to view. $25+ $0.

That's correct, when the class is done, you just submit the transcript to Pierpont for $15. Total is $25 for the class, $15 for parchment. Make sure to send all your other outstanding credits to Pierpont as well. The only reason you're getting the $400 is, you've probably selected the wrong CIS 194 class as they have multiple classes with the same number...

I submitted my Sophia, ASU, and former community college transcripts to both the school and David himself some weeks ago. Will they be automatically added to my Pierpont transcript sometime in the future or do I have to do something else? Do I have to specifically request an evaluation or something?
I updated the first post last week, if you've sent in the graduation application, you're good to go, the final hurdle is the $350 payment.
Can you walk me through the process of submitting the ASU 1 credit course transcript? How do you avoid the $400 course fee? If you’re being charged that $400 fee then it’s a glitch. Don’t pay it. Chat with support on Monday and let them know your situation. They should fix it in less than a week!

They could complain about the $400 when it should be free, beg forgiveness of the charges, pay $400, or take the correct cheap course but time is really short.

Good morning! It seems my Sophia and ASU transcripts have finally been loaded into Pierpont. Could you look over the classes real quick and see if it's alright?
I also filled out the Graduation Application I found here on the forum and I was wondering who exactly I send it off to. Would it go to the Registrar, David Beighley, or somebody else?

Yes, that's correct, you have the ASU 1 credit graded class and the 64 credits from Sophia.org done... Follow up with sending a grad app to the people mentioned, here's a link to the other Pierpont sticky thread: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...-Spam-Them

I'm also getting the $400 fee for adding to transcript. I'm pretty sure I picked up the correct one shown in the forum: CIS 194 - Business Technology Fundamental $25+$0. The other three show $25+$400 in the description. I already sent an email and waiting for resolution.

I've had credits received and evaluated twice now from Credly over the past month or so. In both instances the Coursera Google IT Support for the Information Systems AOE were not evaluated. In my case I should have ~70 credits without those additional 15 once my CC credits post, but just wanted to give a heads up for anyone counting on those. I'll update if I get an official response from the school one way or the other.

Hopefully you get that sorted out. They do not group the credits all together under one course for Google IT Support like they do for some of the other certificates. It should look like this broken into five courses once they add it:

I'm looking at my DegreeWorks page and it seems I haven't met all the requirements for the AAS BOG despite the classes I have completed counting according to the wiki. Is this a problem or should it just look like that? If it's an issue, who should I speak to about getting it resolved?
