IIRC, Clarion U (in PA) is the cheapest and didn't require those things (though encouraging to have, tho). After that, I think U of Arizona may be the next one up. HTH! Danielle

Emporia State University has one of the best MLS programs. I will have to see if it is solely online.

University of Alabama has one and it's $420/credit hour and 36 credits long and 100% online.
https://bamabydistance.ua.edu/degrees/ml.../index.php They also also offer concentrations in different areas. And they accept up to 9 transfer credits. The program has room for 6 credits electives as well. They are also on the NCCRS list. Coopersmith is NCCRS and offers a course worth 3 grad credits in education for only $250. It might be worth it to see it would work transfer towards the degree. And maybe transfer in a couple of U Idaho courses as well. If you transfered in 9 credits you'd save both time and money.

I am the holder of an MLIS. This is one field where accreditation matters. Any job you will apply for in a major library system will require that the holder have a degree accredited by the American Library Association. The most well known online online library school is San Jose State University, but I have no idea of their cost.
