The University of Naples Federico II, one of the best universities in Italy offers an online master in English. The price is fantastic and it's a unique program. The advisor said the program has one start per year in January.
I felt like some people here would be interested. https://www.federica.eu/universita/maste...s-finance/
It's 60 ECTS (30 US credits) and can be completed in a year. it seems like the dissertation is shorter than for typical European masters.

Definitely interested, so thanks for bringing this up. Two issues, however. Firstly, all the dates mentioned are from 2023. Secondly, the following found in the FAQs under the heading "how can I apply?":
"Enrollment for the Master is now closed. Please contact us for more information or for details about future dates."
The question is whether that means just closed for this round or discontinued permanently. Hopefully this just means that they have one of those European admissions schemes where the cycle is very short and there's very little time between application and admission. For example, maybe enrollment will open closer to December. I'll email them and see what they say.

Hi!
I had a short chat with the advisor. He said that enrollment takes place once per year and enrollment for next year will start around December 2024. So, the program will continue.

Great! You saved me some time.
So you apply in December and start in January? Whew, some of those European countries really like to go down to the wire; don't exactly give you a lot of time for planning post-admission (or rejection).

I don't know why there's different web pages from the OP, but if you go to the Naples School of Economics website you can already start applying; it tells you to submit application by June 30, and finalize the enrollment by Sept: https://www.nse-unina.it/mef-online/index
And here is the application page they link: https://form.jotform.com/232763605845058

There's another notable difference between the site you linked versus the one David1477 found with regards to the FAQ section. In your link it has the following information:
"What level is the program in the italian university system?
The MEF Online is a I level Master."
I didn't know what this meant, so I did some googling and found this:
"«Master universitario»
The so-called “Master” of the Italian Education System should not be confused with the Master's degree of the English-speaking countries. It is an advanced degree programme (similar to a Postgraduate diploma in UK), whose aim is to reinforce, broaden and hone the skills and expertise of graduates and postgraduates to meet the demands of the professional world.
To be admitted to a 1st level “Master” course (Master di 1° livello), you must have a 1st level degree (laurea triennale). It generally lasts from 6 months to 1 year, and you have to accumulate 60 credits to obtain the qualification."
Source: https://www.uniupo.it/en/international/s...tion-italy#
So it sounds like this "master di 1° liviello" is what the MEF is, since it is only 60 ECTS as opposed to the 120 usually required for a European master's. Given that it was compared to a postgraduate diploma and called a master's in scare quotes by a reputable source, it may not be equivalent to a master's degree in every country, nor qualify one for doctoral studies. Could still be a good option for many people, but certainly one should look into the nature of this type of degree and whether it can help them accomplish their goals.

Lots of countries (included WES U.S) recognized Master level I and II of Italian universities is equivalent to Master Degree

For those going the HAU MBA (or not) and want a different route for a Masters in similar subject areas, this Economics/Finance option is a pretty good deal if they fit your needs. I would recommend doing your due diligence and research the classes that are offered and see if it's in something you're interested in, review previous student testimonials, dig deep into their details, etc. Seems like a good program... If it fits your bill, great stuff, if not, then pass and look for something that does...
