All of the listed programs are RA and recognized, properly accredited, etc. I would check to see if they have classes that interest you more than others, that will make your final decision. Obviously, you should look into cost, ease, speed to finish as well... Good luck, there may be MOOC options from Coursera, EdX, I would check those as well...

So far, the best option I'm seeing is the master of professional studies in sport management from Fort Hays State University, it's 30 credits at 338 $ per credit, and 6 credits could be awarded if I take 3 courses (8 week courses) from Sports Management WorldWide website at around 700$. The only problem is that this master doesn't seem to be very quick as they use traditional semester system. On their website they state that it could be finished in 1.5 year for a full time student.

Basically, I would look at lists that may be available from other sites, I would investigate sites that have a list, even if it's not updated, you can go through the first few to see if it fits your needs and within budget and time frame, etc... Did you do any searches for ones that are 1 year and about 10K USD?

Did you do any searches for ones that are 1 year and about 10K USD? I find a few from the master portal site. Basically what I need is a master in sports management or recreation management that can be done in 12 months or less at no more than 12k and is regionally accredited.
So far, below list is what I found.
Fort Hays State University: master of professional studies in sports management. Around 11k. Doesn't mention if it can be done in a year or less. Pros: school been doing online stuff since ages (not sure if it's an advantage since it could be regarded as diploma mill?) cons: master of professional studies title.
Jacksonville State University: master of science in sports management. Around 12k. Duration: 12 months
Northwest Missouri State University: master of science in recreation - recreation management emphasis or sports management emphasis (difference on 3 electives courses, not a big difference) 11k. Duration 12 months. Many starting terms of 7 weeks each. (Next application deadline April 21) Pros: title of the master, multiple starting dates and word recreation in the title (goal is to get a position in Recreation department in the company I work for)
I did some research on schools reviews and all the mentioned schools seem to be similar but I may be wrong.
I lean more towards Northwest Missouri but your opinion is appreciated. Thank you

That's a good short list of 3 institutions, here's a couple of websites, I would look at the top 10 cheapest, 1 year or 12 month program, and see if you can break it down towards a list of your own. Some institutions are public/state that I really like, it also depends on the degree subjects that interest you most, you may want to check out their course list as well.
