Just a thought, but has anyone attempted to send a transcript directly from TEEX to TESU? I know that TESU typically wants ACE credits on an ACE transcript, but it's worth a try. Per https://teex.org/student-records/ it should be possible to obtain an official transcript from them for $10. They don't appear to have an online portal, so it'll have to be manually requested.
Has anyone tried this? I just finished another course with them just in case they fix their system before the TESU cutoff date. It would be good to have peace of mind by having an alternative method of getting the credits to TESU.

Have anyone succeeded in transferring these courses to TESU? I tried and got this email. I've done all of the modules, that's why TEEX issued CYB 101,201 and 301 on Credly, all grouped together. How the heck am I going to take all the classes they list when I've already completed it? I tried to contact TESU 2 times and basically got the same answer. I'm close to giving up. "Thank you for your email. I have added the missing course Death Investigation. The course will show on your evaluation as AOJ-340 Criminalistics. As far as your other courses that were not awarded credit. The reason is because that in order to receive credit for Cyber Security for Business Professionals you must have taken TEEX-0284, TEEX-0285, and TEEX-0286. It also showed in order to receive credit for Cyber Security for Everyone you needed to receive credit for TEEX-0277, TEEX-0278, and TEEX-0279. The same thing was noted for Cyber Security for IT Professionals as you would have needed to earn credit for TEEX-0280, TEEX-0281, TEEX-0282, and TEEX-0283. Unfortunately this is an ACE credit recommendation that we follow. Interesting... have you sent them a copy of your 3 badges and linked them to the badge requirements? I would send a third and final email, saying, yes - I have completed the required classes as per their badge requirements and I have the badges to prove it... see my screenshot or view my credly account details/transcript.

"The course objective is to provide entry and mid-level IT staff the technological fundamentals of information security by covering the secure programming practices necessary to protect applications against attacks and exploits. Students must complete TEEX-0280, TEEX-0281, TEEX-0282, and TEEX-0283 to receive credit for this course.CYB101 Cyber Security for Everyone." I think they've literally followed the book and disqualify my credits, so how do I explain it to them?

Someone at TESU has taken things too literally. Unfortunately, I don't think that there's anything that can be done unless TEEX is willing to email TESU and explain that they don't award the badges unless you've completed the courses in question.

That's a shame. I got the same answer from the lower tier advisor to the senior academic advisor. I hate bureaucracy. Ugh.

Do you have both the individual course badges or just the 101/201/301 grouped ones? If not, contact TEEX and ask them to issue you the individual badges. Tell them that your school requires the individual course badges and does not accept the ACE endorsement on the grouped badges. I did this several months ago and got TESU to accept them.
