I know I'm late to the post, but I'll give some advice for anyone who decides to go with JMBIS: Don't finish the work too quickly.
I finished the classes, wrote the discussion posts, finished the papers and the capstone proposal within 1.5 months. I didn't post all of the discussion posts because i felt posting so many per day would be problematic. I turned in all of the certificates, papers, and the proposal, creating a pdf for each course so it would be organized well. I got an email back later that day asking what I was doing by turning everything in like that. I was told I could pick one course of materials to turn in then would have to wait a minimum of a month to turn in the next course, etc. I was also limited to 3 discussion posts per day and they had to be in order in the same course. Only one course at a time.
That's 12 more months of just delaying turning in assignments. I asked further questions and my account was closed when I tried to log back in.
So, it's essentially 13 month or more program for the M.A. program then about the same amount of time extra for the M.S. program. And they are oddly temperamental about adhering to that timeline despite it not being stated anywhere on the site.
I never got an answer about why my account was closed, but given the wording of the email, I believe they assumed academic dishonesty due to how quickly I completed the work. I've taken so many university classes over the years that I could probably write a 3-5 page paper in my sleep. I probably shouldn't have turned in all of the work at once though. Oh well.
