FEMA for Canadians
#1
Hi

Just recently joined the forum, I am a Canadian and doing my degree at Excelsior. I am wondering how can I take FEMA courses and incorporate those in my degree.

I do understand that they don't offer official certifications to non residents, but also realized they will let you get certification if any of the US organizations, sponsor you to take those courses. I am unable to find any of such organizations, I tried one in the US, I am not sure if they will help me or not.

But, I would like to know if any of you have been in similar situation. I also talked to one of the Canadian organization, he asked me to ask my college to sponsor me ?? What should I do ?

Between, I am ex employee of one of the US IT consulting company! Would they be able to sponsor me ? I haven't talked to them yet regarding this.

please input your advice.

Thanks
pearl
