Hi everybody, I'm interested in a BS in Computer Science at Excelsior College, but I'm not sure whether their General Education requirements include the Oral Communication like Charter Oak?
I already took the Speech 100 (aka: Interpersonal Communication or Speech 101) at my local college. Does it satisfy the Oral Communication requirement in case Excelsior College requires the Oral Commnunication?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
There is no Oral Communication requirement under the General Education element of your degree at Excelsior.
Hope that helps,

Even though there is no Oral Communication requirement at Excelsior, you could still use the Speech 100 credits towards your minimum Humanities distribution.
So the credits need not be wasted.
Good luck,
