That's right, snail mail is the option for everyone... What do you expect them to do differently for international students?

Regular mail like the other posters said. You can use a US-based mail forwarding service that'll forward the package via UPS/DHL/Fedex if regular international mail isn't reliable in your country.

Is it from Umpi directly? I've heard something about parchment that degrees are handled there and they did not mail degrees in leather case like traditional degrees it's only the copy of a digital degree at Maine Street and transcripts after graduation (and those degrees don't seem ok as I heard at Reddit ). I'm based in Pakistan.

UMPI is a regular state operated university like a thousand other government operated universities. The difference is that they accept 3 of the 4 years of credits from alternate, but approved, sources and you can take UMPI courses at an accelerated rate paying tuition by the term so it can be cheap. Parchment provides transcripts of grades. I've never heard of a school farming out degree certificates although some schools might contract the physical printing.

Parchment is an organization who provides digital transcripts and diplomas for colleges. Parchment prints and mails the diploma to graduates. No one who graduates from UMPI receives a leather case. You get a digital copy of your diploma and you can request a printed one be mailed to you. The diploma cases are only given to those who walk in Commencement in May. I'm not sure what they're made of. All colleges don't offer a leather diploma cover.

For the time being... Take the time to complete all your requirements, you can inquire about the parchment last or when you're nearly complete with your credits. You can request Parchment to send the physical copy to you by whatever options available, but it's best to have a trackable delivery option, such as DHL, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or whatever else they can send it through.

For your pace what are the admission criteria like any specific percentage or GPA from a previous high school like if one who got 50 % marks in high school and wants to apply for your pace programs will he/she gonna face difficulty in getting admission?
I understand that just one need to have a high school completion diploma or equivalent doesn't matter the grades /marks . ( please clear out this confusion )
