No, I doubt it will, it's not yet announced anything is coming out, posts on projections are just that, it's speculated to be out soon... I would guess the earliest would be sometime in 2025... As an example: You have other options for Computers, Cybersecurity, Health Science, etc, elsewhere already, Excelsior University just released theirs!

Is it possible for me to study computer science at the University of the People and when the program is available transfer it to UMPI?

There's been talk about CS comping to YourPace since 2020! If it was going to open up for the fall semester, I would think they would have posted it on the YourPace website by now so they can begin to admit students. The healthcare administration program is another one that's been rumored for at least a year now. No signs of life of that one either.
Back in 2020, on campus didn't even have a CS program so I never understood how that rumor got started. And it's been 4 years of this rumor. Might be wishful thinking on behalf of some people on social media.

In this archived UMPI Faculty Forum & Workshop, held by Zoom on January 19, 2024, at about 1:15:10 in the video: "We are moving our Computer Science and Health Administration programs into Your Pace as well as adding a few of the education classes which have been completed. So we're really excited about that."
But it should take time. It's worth looking at the course lists for the on-campus programs in CS and HA in the UMPI catalog (with the caution that they're free to make changes for the YourPace versions). CS has a 42 credit main body of the major + 9 cr concentration + 3 cr Practical Learning Experience + 16 cr Mathematics Requirements.
That's a lot of material to develop CBE curricula for, and add staff capacity if needed. And it's materially a hard science. And UMPI is a small rural state college doing this as a sideline to its primary work. And its still fairly new to offering CS and HA degrees even on-campus.

UMPI also has few professors on campus to develop programs due to the size of the student body. None of the courses required are currently available in YourPace. YourPace has VERY limited math options. Essentially the only offer the math classes that are required for the degrees that they offer. Adding these 2 programs will take time, staff, and resources. Like I said, there have been rumors about CS coming to YourPace since 2020. Back then UMPI had a 5 year plan.....then Covid hit and everything for everyone around the world changed. Ii definitely wouldn't hold out waiting for CS to come to YourPace. If you're ready to start your degree, start it at TESU or WGU. You can always transfer if this program comes to YourPace and you haven't graduated.
UMPI is definitely a small, rural university. On campus, there's about 1100 students. And by rural they mean in the forest in the mountains. It's quite the haul to Presque Isle from any of the larger towns in Maine.

I know this is going to be annoying like this question has been asked many times before but never got a satisfactory answer so with Sophia's credits on the transcript and a non-traditional degree done in a year or two . How do international schools watch the transcript for master admissions such as the UK Australia Canada Germany and the EU and obviously the US what will be the impression of those transfer credits to the school and to the immigration knowing there are students from Germany and the Netherlands studying at UMPI your pace bachelors I reached out to them many times but they never respond so is there anyone who can give me a clearcut picture of the scenario if one wants to move abroad with UMPI your pace degree with Sophia transfers.

This is a question that you should be asking Admissions at your desired school. There isn’t some magic answer that you are going to find by repeatedly asking.
Too many differences across too many countries and individual universities.
