ECE Research Exper. Psych. exam to TESC

My son is finishing his Psych degree and needs to know how long it usually takes for Pearson to send Excelsiors exam to TESC. Would it have to first go to Excelsior, then have them send it to TESC, or could it go straight to TESC?

I know that with most of EC's tests that don't have a written component, Pearson sends the results to EC within 24 hours (usually the next Business day).

From that point, I'm not sure.
