It's interesting how they split this up, I wonder why, as anyone can be teaching the capstone, and each person would do things differently, it shouldn't matter who you select as your capstone can be in any subject matter, even not related to the major. I would be on the safe side and just query the academic advisors if you wanted to go the LIB-4950-OL002 route, make sure it doesn't affect you in getting the BACS.
