There are many options for lower level, the StraighterLine class is LL, if you're missing a LL CIS class, sure. Having said that, you really want to make sure you've got all the areas completed, the CIS requires upper level credits as well.

It comes over to TESU as UL within the CIS AOS. For context, here’s what I did this year for the 12 UL credits required: Database Management (SDC) Systems Analysis and Design (SDC) Software Engineering (TESU) Management Information Systems (Davar)
