I don't remember taking the Peterson's practice exams for this particular test, but I do remember that the Official CLEP Guide was a much better indicator of what to expect on the actual test.
My experience with Peterson's practice tests is that they're almost always much easier or much harder than the actual test. Still, you may want to get that percentage up to around 40% before you consider taking the exam.
