Academic courses completed during active duty service may be added to the JST. The JST OPERATIONS CENTER will only accept Official Transcripts directly from the school.
With all that being said;
I have sent out my ACE transcripts hoping they will be posted on there, has anyone done this before?
I will also inquire if i can send in my FEMA IS certificates to receive credit for them. Although I may have to wash them with EM-Study/Frederick Community College. It might be good money spent (depending on degree) if future institutions take them from my JST.
Once I complete my AAS from WVNCC I will also have those transcripts posted.
Ultimately my goal is to condense everything onto one easily available transcript that I may use when applying for future studies. I am definitely curious how this can play out. I am not sure if future institutions would require individual transcripts from each institution I earned credits from or if they would take my JST as proof.
Please let me know what you guys think. I'll report back with details along the way.
Most colleges want all transcripts from "anywhere" attended. From what I know when I am done with HVCC I need to send my HVCC Transcript to TESU, My CLEP Transcript to TESU and my ACE Transcript to TESU. Once I earn my BSBA from TESU all of my credit will then be on one transcript. However is I say apply to another school I will most likely need to send all again. Hopefully someone can either confirm or deny my claim but from what I have been seeing you can't "Launder" credits. Colleges want direct transcripts from where you earned the credit.
