I have payed the 50 USD, but as a "non-native English-speaking applicant" I have to submit either Toefl/Ielts test with either 79 or 6.5 respectively in order to be eligible for enrollment. Currently waiting on test-results. I will try to enroll for the tecep Medical Terminology for 1 Cr, just to see if it works.
I'm referring to a second $50 for the TECEP to transition from applicant to enrolled student. You won't be able to do that until you are accepted, though.
No reason not to send whatever transcripts you have ready, though. They will evaluate the first two as soon as you are eligible (might even do it immediately). If the transcripts are already there, then it can happen quicker.
