I think in this case there might be a hidden problem. It's easy enough to find an online Physics course. I'm pretty sure she could do it at UMass, for example. I think the real problem is, how much support does she need from the Instructor? Online courses are not known for being especially supportive. Since she's already demonstrated that this is a difficult area for her, it might not be prudent to simply throw her into an online course where she may be required to largely teach the material to herself.
