Please help me figure out if my plan to transfer into UMPI makes sense

I wouldn't have enough Pell eligibility left to do a second degree

No one with a bachelor's degree is eligible to receive Pell Grants for a second degree.

That's why I was thinking I could pick up electives I wanted for the first degree and transfer them over.
Truthfully I wouldn't be upset if I didn't get a second BA degree.
