I know this is an old thread, but has anyone looked into Franklin? Per their website they seem to fit the criteria for a school that would be on this group’s radar. 94 max transfer units. Partnerships to bring down price. It looks like they may even accept some NA credits (based on the fact that they have Sanford Brown in their drop down for their see how your credits may transfer). I’m wondering if it’s just a haven’t looked into it thing, or if there’s another issue that steers people away from them?

When this thread was started, both TESU and COSC still accepted 116 ACE/NCCRS transfer credits. UMPI wasn't a thing. Franklin probably would've been a poor option for students then, though it might be more attractive now. I suspect it's just been forgotten until now.
