This is very specific (and not cheap), so it probably will not apply to you. But if you are a pianist, BYU Independent Study offers up to 19 hours of upper level credit in Organ Performance. There is a catch that you must have access to a qualified private organ teacher. Level one starts for those with piano but no organ experience. You can progress through the levels for college credit, but I am not sure why all the courses have the same designation, "MUSIC 399R."
