I was one of them. So I guess that would be first-hand knowledge. After "F" on everything turned in (not even easy to do), I withdrew on the last day possible and received a "W". It was not until Fall Term (repeating same class) when we were all looking around we all figured out what had happened. It was said she was married to a black male and hated white males. I do not know nor do I care, but she clearly had issues. The UofO was clearly unprofessional. I have come to expect it from them.
I know of one other case, but its second hand about one of their own Rhodes Scholars being discriminated against. He would go on to teach at an elite university.
At least SNHU had some honor by helping this student. The University of Oregon had no honor in my day.
