So I upgraded my account and started the process to take my first exam with Study.Com ... how exciting ... till I failed the bandwidth test 
... and kept failing it ... I hard wired my laptop to the router and turned off eveything wireless in my house, to no avail.
I'm in the UK which is known for rubbish internet, but this is ridiculous. I've had no issues with ProctorU.
Anyone else out there had this issue? Did you manage to fix it?
I shall attempt another morning as that's when internet is faster, but really I should be able to take this test whenever.
