I'm not sure if Charter Oak accepts Nutrition as a science course, but if they do, and you need an accompanying lab course, this is the one!
Also the courses are self paced.
COSC accepted my nutrition as a science. You do, however need a science with a lab, so the nutrition class can't be your only source of credit.
