German Language Certificate

I'm looking for a University issued Certificate in German. I will have completed 12 credits in German by the end of the year. Any ideas?

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

This doesn't meet your criteria (university-issued) but in the meantime, something you can add to your resume for super cheap is a verification certificate from Duolingo. This is the wiki page that gives better info than on their website. Duolingo Test Center - Duolingo Wiki

I'm a newish Duolingo student, and in my opinion, you could rock right through the skills using their test out option and likely earn the certificate very quickly.
