Wow you have LOTS of credits and big plans.
I was going alternate path to a teaching degree in NJ and then I moved to NY, it was like I never started. Requirements are different and difficult here. If you want to teach Special Ed. you may need some other education credits I found the ECE now Uexcell exam "Literacy Instruction in the elementary school" to be a good 6 upper level credits. Are you planning on teaching in the city? NY has way too many teachers outside the city, I can not even sub as a teacher in NY, I was at the point where I could get a teaching job in NJ.
Educational Psychology was not a difficult exam if you did a little prep on things like Behavioral theries and names like Watson you should be OK. American Government can be a very difficult exam I suggest you read all the feedback on that one, it seems there are different versions of the test that vary widely in content.
The Natural Science exam is known to be 50% bio so it would make sense to take that after the bio exam. The Uexcell Earth Science exam may give you what you need without retaking the other exams. Analyzing and interpreting Literature should be an easy exam for you since there is no writing required.
I wish you luck in your endeavors, I sometimes feel like we are getting teachers with no real world knowledge they just know how to talk the teacher talk.
