would like to transfer from AMU (information security) to where?

I'm somewhat at my wits end so I'm hoping some here may have a bit of advice to share. Currently I am 36 semester hours from graduating from American Military University with a BS in Information Systems Security. My completed credits are a combination from a local regionally accredited school and AMU. I would much rather receive my degree from a school that has both online and a campus setting. Along with not having the reputation that online only schools have. I have searched extensively for a program in Information security, Information technology, or Networking and In all honesty I am not sure where I should apply. My requirements are these:
Must have at the most a $250 dollar per credit hour rate for military (I use Tuition Assistance)
Must have a boots on the ground campus (But I will attend online only)
8 week courses, year round is what i like best
I need to get the most credits possible for transfer I am only willing to go up to 45 semesters hours toward completion at the new school.
Does anyone have any insight on where I may apply? I will apply to at least three schools see where I get the most bang for what I have completed and go from there.
