Thank you for all of the responses. I guess I'll start with biology, astronomy, and Environment and Humanity. Maybe I'll take some of the biology ECEs. Then, I'll attempt natural sciences and physical science. I'll save chemistry and physics for last. I'll have to research how much math is in physical geology. I'm thinking of getting a science associates degree to boost my resume for the types of jobs I'll be going after once I complete my masters. I need to learn a foreign language too.
