Wondering how long UMPI takes to respond to an admissions application to YourPace and transcript submission? I submitted the Credly transcript to edocs@maine.edu. I have not even received an auto generated email confirming application or transcript receipt. I understand their program is growing rapidly. Should I follow up with a call? If so, to whom? Thank you.

It depends on when you apply and which session you've applied for, here are the dates from a previous post of mine, if you're going for the Summer session, you'll be looking at a month roughly to a month and 10 days:

It will take several weeks for you to receive any word. Nothing will happen with your application until UMPI has received all of your transcripts. You will get an email on how to set up your maine.edu email account which will give you access to MaineStreet where you'll be able to see when transcripts are processed. Again, this takes several weeks. Graduation is this weekend so they are busy! Patience is the key to your success at UMPI. They're also busy with students who begin the next term in less than a week. Sounds like you're applying for Summer 2 or possibly fall so you'll be waiting for a bit. Oh and there is nothing automated at UMPI so you won't get an email saying they've received your application.

For Summer 1 session, you've missed the deadline, but for Summer 2 that was mentioned, it hasn't started yet for the application process... So, my suggestion is, if you haven't applied, apply now, send in all your transcripts to be evaluated, it'll be 'complete' before the application deadline and you'll have buffer time, you want to make sure not to fall through the cracks.
Next Session Start Date:
Apply by: 06/11/24
Document Deadline: 06/14/24
Confirmation Deadline: 06/21/24
Start Session: 07/01/24
End: 08/23/24 8 weeks

Here's a copy/paste of what someone in the UMPI Discord said:
Admissions timeline
4/1 - Applied and submitted transcripts
4/3 - Received "Thank you for applying!" and Student ID #
4/4 - Received another "Thank you for your application" email asking for transcripts (already submitted though)
4/8 - Received the "Nearing a decision" email
4/12 - Received "To-Do List Update" email (whoops missed a transcript! Sent it same day)
4/14 - Received "Here's what to expect next" email
4/17 - Emailed from admissions asking if I am alright moving to starting Summer session 2 since some transcripts showed a bit late
4/17 - Part 2! Received acceptance email.
4/18 - Received account activation email
4/19 - Transfer credits evaluated found in MaineStreet

That's about the same timeline as mine, I activated the account, but am deferring to Summer 2 session instead of Summer 1.

Basically, I'm doing the BAS as I want to transfer into the degree many of my obscure 'electives' and laddering to the MAOL by taking all 4 classes that can transfer to the MAOL, plus two for a minor of choice. I haven't decided the minor yet... I am looking to finishing the BAS in 1 session and the MAOL also in 1 session when the time comes...
