I sent my transcripts in on the 27th and they were picked up on the 28th. My ASU transcript is now showing up in ROAR - it was not there on Friday - but ACE has not been transcribed yet. They called me today. I may call them tomorrow if I don't see the ACE one show up soon.

To put some things in perspective, I "graduated" from Pierpont on July 31st, and recieved my diploma several weeks later. This morning I recieved a voice message from an admissions counselor that stated "Hi, this is Pierpont Technical and Community Colleges, this message is for [DeanLewis]. I'm just calling because we recieved your transcript, and are just checking in to see if you're still interested in taking classes in the fall or spring." X-D

It seems this is a recurring trend amongst many departments in community colleges. After graduating with an AAS from Cochise College last year and enrolling with Excelsior I got an email and phone call from the academic advisor asking if I needed assistance in registering for courses in the upcoming semester....Also go a call from the Army recruiter after I had retired, told him thank you kindly but no thank you, once was enough.

Can confirm that my graduated status also shows up on the National Student Clearinghouse database.

Can anyone share any Pierpont BOG AAS course equivalencies?
Specifically, I'm asking about the Communications and Math/Sciences requirements. On the program page, they really only discuss "course options" and not specifics, like a WER or Math requirement. They do seem to have a Computer Literacy requirement, but I'm hoping that the Baypath Foundations of Digital Literacy will be accepted for that.

If your digital literacy course that you took does not transcribe as that, you can do the TEEX 101, Cybersecurity for everyone(4 cr) for free. It transcribes as INFO 1XXX and will satisfy the Digital Literacy requirement. My son graduated in DEC with his BOG AAS and that is what worked for him.
23 year old son: BOG AAS from Pierpont CTC Dec 2019
Myself: BS Business/French-1991, Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling-1995, Completed the Poetry in America Series from HES for 20 credits in English in May 2019.

Total credits: 85. Also added but not included above was the old The Institutes Ethics for 2 credits. Including ASU, I have exactly 100 credits with Pierpont. Now we'll see if they let me graduate. I have some concerns about so many classes being coded as "Free Electives".
