Need Clep type alternatives as its not available where I live.
So what are my options for credit by testing, that will be accepted at TESU?

It really depends on what credits you want and what degree you want. As a reminder: you'll need 24 RA credits for a TESU degree. Other than that, here's a bunch of suggestions.

How do TESEP tests compare to CLEP? (difficulty, time)

It depends on the test. Some are supposed to be pretty easy (English Comp I & II). Others are ridiculously difficult (Network Technology).
